Equipment Installation and Connection Properly connect the power, network cable, and video input source, and start the device by powering it on. Network Connection and Configuration The simplest way is to connect the encoder to the network through a USB-to-network adapter using a wired connection or directly connect it to a computer. Use the default management IP address of 192.168.1.168 to log in to the WEB page (default username/password: admin/admin) for configuration. For convenience, you can also configure the device by connecting to its built-in WiFi hotspot using a WiFi terminal (hotspot name: "CAST_AP," hotspot password: "12345678"). If wireless network streaming is used, the WiFi needs to be set up through the device’s WEB page first. RTSP Streaming Use a decoder or PC-based player (such as VLC) to directly pull the encoder’s RTSP stream. The RTSP stream service is continuously open. Other Streaming Configurations If needed, the device can also be configured to push RTMP, UDP, HLS, SRT, and other video streams simultaneously.
