A1：Check if the switch or router supports DHCP

The encoder relies on the switch or router supporting DHCP to obtain an IP address. If DHCP is not supported, the encoder cannot get an address. If a DHCP environment is unavailable, it is recommended to manually configure a static IP address.

A2：Check the network cable, switch port, or device network port.

Try replacing the network cable or the switch port. If the device’s network port is damaged, it cannot obtain an address correctly. If the problem persists, contact support@kiloview.comfor assistance.
